This is a super simple recipe that I created by just mixing stuff together in my kitchen, and it came out far better than expected, and it is super quick and easy to make!

It also pairs really well with my egg fried rice!

Ingredients:

- 3 chicken breasts

- 1 cup orange juice

- 1/4 cup honey*

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1/4 cup dijon mustard

- Black pepper

- Salt

- Oil

Recipe:

- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to create the marinade. Add the salt and black pepper to your liking.

- Set in the chicken breasts, and coat thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

- On medium high heat, add a layer of oil and set the chicken breasts in. Pour the remaining marinade onto the top of the chicken.

- Let cook for 5 minutes, then flip the chicken. Let cook for another 5 - 8 minutes until cooked thoroughly, or an internal temperature of 165F.

- Remove from the stove, plate, and you're done! You may also take the thickened marinade and add on top, if you'd like.
