Italian Herb Chicken with Artichokes

This was another chicken recipe that I whipped up rather quickly in my kitchen one night, and I quite like it! It is a quick and easy recipe that is done in about 30 minutes.











Ingredients:


- Chicken breast

- 1 tablespoon onion powder

- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- 1/3 cup fresh parsley

- 3 tablespoons Italian herbs

- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese*

- Pre-marinated artichoke hearts

- Salt

- Pepper


*For any substitutions you may need, click here!



Recipe:


- Preheat oven to 350F.


- Add a thin layer of olive oil to the bottom of a baking pan.


- Cover the chicken breast in the onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian herb, coating both sides. Add salt and pepper to taste and your liking.


- Add the chicken breast into the baking pan, and top with the parmesan, parsley, and the artichokes hearts.


- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes on 350F, or an internal temperature of 165F, and you're done!



Notes and things I learned along the way:


You can of course substitute the chicken for anything else that fits your liking or needs.
