I used to get barbeque chicken flatbread all the time at a local restaurant until they stopped serving it. I randomly got a craving for it, so... I made it! I made my husband a buffalo chicken flatbread, as he does not like barbeque foods. I have detailed both of them here, but you could of course make any type!

Ingredients:

- A flatbread (you can either use a premade dough, create your own dough, or use a premade flatbread, dealer's choice).

- Cheese of your liking*

- Chicken or Chick'n, thinly sliced or cut however you prefer. One large chicken breast should be enough for two flatbreads.

-Barbeque sauce and/or buffalo sauce

-1/2 red onion, sliced

Recipe:

- If you are using a premade dough or dough of your own, bake according to directions or the recipe. If using a premade flatbread, preheat oven to 425F or to package instructed temperature.

- On the stove, cook the chicken on medium high heat until cooked through.

- For a barbeque flatbread, spread the barbeque sauce onto the ready flatbread and add the chicken and red onion.

- For a buffalo flatbread, spread the buffalo sauce onto the ready flatbread, and add the chicken.

- Add however much cheese you'd like on top of everything, and drizzle some extra sauce on top of it all, of desired.

- Place your flatbreads in the oven for 7 - 9 minutes, or according to other directions.

- When the edges are golden brown, remove from the oven, and you're done!

Notes and things I learned along the way:

You can add any toppings your heart desires to shape the flatbread how you'd like.

Adding ranch and celery to the buffalo chicken flatbread would be fantastic add ons.

If you are using meats, make sure they are precooked as they will not have time to cook all the way through in the oven!
