After making my lavender honey bread, I knew I needed some sort of butter to go with it, so I figured, "why not garlic butter?" I personally think garlic butters are best when they aren't so complicated, so I've made sure to keep it nice and simple.

Ingredients:

- 8 tablespoons of softened butter*

- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped or diced

- 2 tablespoons dried chives, chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Recipe:

- Soften the butter and chop or dice your garlic. You can also use jarred minced garlic if you already have it on hand.

- Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

- Serve however you'd like, and you're done!

Notes and things I learned along the way:

You can also melt the butter if you'd like, and let it reharden for easier access.

Adding any sort of herb or seasoning to this will enhance the flavor and you can make it fit the flavor profile you prefer.

See, told you it was nice and simple!
