Alfredo sauce is a big thing in my household, but I never have made one myself before. I honestly just started throwing stuff in a pot and the outcome was fantastic.

This alfredo is a bit thicker, but coats everything extremely well. I'm not sure if this could be made using vegan/lactose free ingredients, as alfredo is basically just milk and cheese, but perhaps this would be something I delve further into in the future.

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cup milk*

- 4oz of shredded parmesan*

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 3 teaspoons garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 cup butter*

- 6 oz cream cheese*

Recipe:

- In a small to medium saucepan, melt the butter.

- When the butter is thoroughly melted, add in the cream cheese and milk, and stir until smooth.

- Add in all the powders, then the parmesan, and again stir until smooth.

- Remove from the heat when your sauce reaches your desired thickness, and you're done!
