I am not sure what compelled me to do this one, but I love trying new things. All I saw was a picture of this and just had to try and recreate it.

I also prefer to eat eggs on peanut butter toast (don't judge me), but you can just omit that if you'd prefer.

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of butter*

- 1 piece of bread*

- An egg

Recipe:

- Take a circular cutter or a cup, and cut out a circle in the center of a piece of bread.

- Add your butter into a pan on medium low heat, making sure to evenly coat your surface.

- When the pan is up to temperature, place in your bread, as well as the circle of bread you cut out.

- Crack your egg into the middle of the toast, and let cook until the bottom of the egg is done, as well as bread is toasted to your liking.

- Flip the toast over (the egg should stick in with it) and wait until that side of the toast is toasted to your liking.

- Remove from the pan, and you're done!
